§ 90.17 UNLAWFUL TO ALLOW DOGS OR CATS TO RUN AT LARGE.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog or cat, or dogs or cats, to allow or permit such dog or cat, or dogs or cats, to run at large in the borough.
