§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 90.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of § 90.01 continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   (1)   The first two times a violation of §§ 90.15 through 90.21 occurs, the owner shall pay a fine of $15 to the borough.
      (2)   Any person violating §§ 90.15 through 90.21 a third time shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
      (3)   Any person causing or permitting the violation of § 90.22 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.

   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the terms or provisions of §§ 90.35 and 90.36 or of any regulation or requirement pursuant hereto and authorized hereby shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 90.35 and 90.36 continues shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing contained in §§ 90.35 and 90.36 shall prevent prosecution under any law, statute or regulation of the Commonwealth.
