§ 74.08 FIRE HYDRANTS.
   Home and business owners upon whose property a fire hydrant is located, shall take steps to maintain said fire hydrants in a snow and ice free condition. It shall be unlawful to throw, pile, deposit or dump snow, sleet or ice upon or around a fire hydrant.
