§ 51.093 CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
   All applicants for a license shall agree to comply with §§ 51.001, 51.015 through 51.020, 51.035 through 51.041, 51.055 through 51.060, 51.075 and 51.076, and any amendments or additions thereto, and the rules and regulations of the borough regarding the sewage system.
