§ 51.075 ENFORCEMENT AND RECOVERY OF FINES AND PENALTIES.
   Fines and penalties imposed under provisions of §§ 51.001, 51.015 through 51.020, 51.035 through 51.041, 51.055 through 51.060, 51.075 and 51.076 shall be enforceable and recoverable in the manner at the time provided by applicable law.
