§ 51.03 EXTENSION OF DRAINS TO RIGHT-OF-WAY.

Extension of downspout drains, driveway, and areaway drains and all other storm water drains onto the street right-of-way are expressly prohibited unless they conform to the requirements of § 51.02 above.
