§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person or entity who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be fined not less than $50 but no more than $500 for each conviction. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   At the discretion of the enforcement officer, a citation and mail-in ticket may be used as provided in § 92.99 of this code, with fines of $50 for the first offense and $100 for each subsequent offense during a one-year period, which fines shall double if not paid within five business days after the issuance of a citation and the violator will be cited to appear before the Kenton District Court. The Court may impose a fine of $50 to $500, as provided above.
   (C)   For serious violations, the enforcement office may cite the offender directly to Kenton District Court without using the citation procedure.
