§ 31.03 CITY ATTORNEY.
   As provided for in G.S. § 160A-173, the Board shall appoint a City Attorney to serve at its pleasure and to be its legal advisor. The City Attorney shall perform any other duties required of him by the Board, other laws, and the city ordinances.
