§ 33.110 ESTABLISHMENT.
   Pursuant to the provisions of IC 5-22 et seq., the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city is the purchasing agency for the city government. Each department head is designated as an additional purchasing agent for the department and the Board of Public Works and Safety may designate in writing additional deputy purchasing agents as are necessary.
