§ 33.092 CONFLICTING REGULATIONS.
   In any event in which this subchapter or any other sections of the city’s code shall conflict with the Indiana Code in reference to the powers, duties, rights or obligations of the Utility Service Board, the Indiana Code shall be deemed to prevail as the governing law.
