§ 33.090 CITY ELECTRIC UTILITY TO BE OPERATED BY BOARD.

The Crawfordsville Electric Light & Power Utility shall be operated by a Utility Service Board, pursuant to statute, now governed by IC 8-1.5-3-1 et seq., as now existing or as hereafter amended.
