§ 155.03 CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.

In the event that properties listed on any local, state or federal register of historic places, or otherwise specifically designated for their historic value, have streetscape or sidewalk requirements that conflict with the requirements of this chapter, then the requirements of those listings shall supersede the requirements of this chapter.
