§ 155.02 STREETS AND RAILROADS INCLUDED.
   (A)   The Downtown Crawfordsville Commercial District consists of the area enclosed within the boundaries of the map attached to Ordinance No. 13-2005 and marked as Appendix One thereto. That Appendix One is part of this chapter, which area is enclosed by the following streets and railroads:
      (1)   Grant Avenue from Covington Street south to Wabash Avenue;
      (2)   Wabash Avenue east to Washington Street;
      (3)   Washington Street south to Jefferson Street;
      (4)   Jefferson Street east to School Street;
      (5)   School Street south to College Street;
      (6)   College Street east to Seminary Street;
      (7)   Seminary Street north to Jefferson Street;
      (8)   Jefferson Street west to Green Street;
      (9)   Green Street north to Wabash Avenue;
      (10)   Wabash Avenue east to Elston Drive;
      (11)   Elston Drive north to the CSX railroad tracks;
      (12)   CSX railroad tracks northwest to Dubois Avenue;
      (13)   Dubois Avenue north to Binford Street;
      (14)   Binford Street east to Jones Avenue;
      (15)   Jones Avenue north to Tinsley Avenue;
      (16)   Tinsley Avenue due northwest to a line intersecting the CSX railroad tracks;
      (17)   CSX railroad tracks north to the south property line of the CEL & P electric plant;
      (18)   South property line of the CEL & P plant west to the eastern edge of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 231;
      (19)   Eastern right-of-way of U.S. Highway 231 north 750 feet, to include the entire bridge over U.S. Highway 231 at Sugar Creek and encompassing the entire U.S. Highway 231 bridge, including all abutments;
      (20)   That northeast point west to the western edge of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 231;
      (21)   That northwestern point south along the west line of the U.S. Highway 231 right-of-way to Covington Street; and
      (22)   Covington Street west to Grant Avenue and the point of beginning.
   (B)   Unless otherwise indicated, when a street or railroad is named in this section, the centerline of the street or railroad is intended to be the exact line of reference. If there is a discrepancy between the Appendix One map and the text of division (A), then the text of division (A) shall control.
