§ 33.025 APPOINTMENT; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Board of Health shall be appointed in the manner set forth in IC 16-20-1-1 et seq. and amendments thereto, and shall possess the powers and perform the duties prescribed therein as well as any additional powers and duties set forth in this code.
