§ 33.015 CREATION.

There is hereby created a Board of Aviation Commissioners which shall be appointed and have duties and functions as prescribed by IC 8-22-2-1. Pursuant to IC 8-22-2-1(g), the Board of Aviation Commissioners shall consist of five members. The City Engineer shall be an ex-officio non-voting member of the Board of Aviation Commissioners and shall act as Secretary thereof. He shall receive no additional compensation for these services.
