§ 33.001 INVENTORY RECORDS.
   (A)   Each department of the city government shall maintain records of the current inventory of the following equipment, supplies, materials, and furniture in its possession:
      (1)   All capital equipment of an estimated replacement cost in excess of $500.
      (2)   Furniture utilized in the department office or work areas.
      (3)   Office equipment utilized in the department operations.
      (4)   Any other items as designated by the Mayor or Board of Works.
   (B)   Such inventory records as are herein required shall be updated by each department annually during the first quarter of each calendar year and shall be available for inspection by the Mayor, the Board of Public Works and Safety, and the members of the Common Council or the public no later than May 1 of each year.
   (C)   Records required by this section shall be filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and available for public inspection.
