§ 32.20 CITY SANITARIAN.
   There shall be appointed from time to time, as the Council may see fit, a City Sanitarian whose duty it is to execute the orders of the Board of Health and look after the sanitary condition of the city. The Sanitarian has all the powers of the Board of Health with reference to the entering upon private property to make examinations for insanitary conditions.
