All findings made hereunder by the Planning Director or Common Council, and all designations of an economic revitalization area as may hereafter be established hereunder, shall be in accord with IC 6-1.1-12.1, and particularly Section 2.5 thereof, and in all other respects, IC 6-1.1-12.1 is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference to the extent that appropriate sections thereof are applicable hereunder.
