§ 151.07 PROPERTIES PREVIOUSLY DESIGNATED URBAN DEVELOPMENT AREAS.

Any property heretofore designated as an urban development area by virtue of this chapter as it existed prior to this amendment by virtue of Ordinance 18-1981, is hereby designed to be an economic revitalization area within the meaning of this section and IC 6.1-12.1, as amended.
