§ 151.03 APPLICATION FOR RECEIVING DESIGNATION AS ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA; FEES.
   (A)   The Planning Director shall prepare printed forms and require all applicants applying for designation of real estate as an economic revitalization area to use such forms in making application for such designation. The Planning Director shall consider the following items in preparing such printed forms: proposed use of the real estate; proposed type and cost of buildings and equipment, if improvements are proposed; proposed operation and number of jobs to be created; real estate description; and proposed development of the real estate if improvements and/or buildings are not immediately contemplated.
   (B)   The fees to be paid by the applicants on real estate to be designated as an economic revitalization area, shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer and shall thereafter remain the property of the city, and are as follows:
