§ 151.01 APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS.
   (A)   This chapter shall not apply to designations made prior to the adoption of Ordinance 18-1981.
   (B)   This chapter shall apply only to real estate located within the city which is zoned Industrial 1 or 2.
