§ 150.43 ENFORCEMENT OF BUILDING STANDARDS; STATE LAW ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

   (A)   IC 36-7-9, Enforcement of Building Standards, is hereby adopted in its entirety.

   (B)   For the purpose of this division the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

      DEPARTMENT OR ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY. City Building Inspector.

      HEARING AUTHORITY. Crawfordsville Board of Works and Safety

      SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST. Definition is stated in IC 36-7-9-2.

   (C)   Any changes or amendments made by the Indiana Legislature in IC 36-7-9 shall automatically be adopted herein unless this section is amended otherwise.
