§ 116.02 SALES OF FOOD PRODUCTS IN UNCLEAN PREMISES.

(A) No person shall sell or expose or offer for sale any food or food products in any premises which are unclean or in a filthy condition, or sell or expose for sale any food or food products dangerous to the public health.

(B) No person shall place, display or expose for sale any vegetables, berries, fruit, or any food product on any sidewalk.
