§ 114.06 RESTRICTIONS AND VENDOR CONDUCT.
   (A)   Door-to-door solicitation by vendors may be conducted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and dusk.
   (B)   Vendor, vendor's employees, and vendor's agents must comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations while conducting their business.
   (C)   It is unlawful for any vendor to ring the bell, knock on the door, or otherwise attempt to gain admittance for the purpose of peddling or soliciting at any business or residence if such place has posted “No Soliciting” or words of similar import.
   (D)   Vendors must comply with any commands or directives issued by law enforcement or fire officials.
   (E)   Vendors must respect all persons they engage, examples include:
      (1)   Vendors may not block or impede the passage of another person;
      (2)   Vendors may not repeat the solicitation after the person engaged has communicated an objection;
      (3)   Vendors may not make any threats by words or gestures;
      (4)   Vendors may not approach any vehicles on any public or private street or alley; and
      (5)   Vendors may not conduct their business from a street, alley, traffic island, or median.
