§ 113.02 REPORT TO CHEF OF POLICE.

Any person carrying on the business of pawnbroking within the city, upon receiving any article in pledge or pawn shall immediately report to the Chief of Police a description of the article pledged or pawned, together with the name of the person from whom it was received.
