(A) No person shall operate a skating rink in the city without a license from the Clerk-Treasurer and a permit from the Board of Public Works and Safety, if required under this section.
(B) The fees for such license are as follows: For one day, $5; for one week, $10; for one month, $20; for one year, $50. Before any license is issued, the applicant shall present the permit of the Board of Public Works and Safety to the Clerk-Treasurer.
