§ 111.17 BOND REQUIREMENT.
   Before any license shall be issued for any circus, carnival, or collection of animals, the exhibitor shall file with the City Clerk-Treasurer a bond in the penal sum of $500, with an approved surety company as surety thereon, which bond shall be payable to the city for its use on the condition that the person owning or exhibiting such circus, carnival, or collection of animals will pay all damages to the city which may be incurred by reason of such exhibition, including all damages to streets, shade trees or property of the city in the transportation of such circus, carnival, or collection of animals.
