§ 111.15 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEES.
   (A)   No person shall exhibit or operate in the city any theatrical performance, circus, carnival, amusement device, musical performance or other show or performance for which money is received or demanded to witness or use without a license from the City Clerk-Treasurer.
   (B)   The fees for such licenses are as follows;
      (1)   For a theatrical performance, show, musical concert, under canvas, $25 per day.
      (2)   For a moving picture exhibition, $2 per day, $10 per week, $20 per month, or $25 per year.
      (3)   For each day's exhibition of any circus, carnival, or collection of animals, $50 per day.
      (4)   For the exhibitions of any show, puppets, tumbling feats, rope or wire walking, dancing, or sleight of hand, freaks, natural or artificial curiosities, deception or representation, legerdemain, or any other display or performance of the same general description, $2 for each day's exhibition.
