§ 98.093 NOTICE TO OFFICIALS.
   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy thereof to the following:
   (A)   The Mayor;
   (B)   The Fire Chief;
   (C)   The ambulance operator;
   (D)   The local newspaper, radio and TV media.
