§ 98.068 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety may from time to time adopt rules, regulations and specifications regulating the control, the planting, maintenance and removal of trees on and abutting the public rights-of-way, not inconsistent herewith, for the protection of the public use of rights-of-way.
