The following rules and regulations shall be effective for those persons who use or enter upon the Sugar Creek Nature Park (the “Park”):
(A) The Park is open during daylight hours only, and use of the Park after hours is allowed only with the advanced permission of the Storm Water Superintendent.
(B) No motorized vehicles are allowed in the Park without the advanced written permission of the Storm Water Superintendent.
(C) No littering is allowed.
(D) No one may molest, catch, or injure any animal, wild or domestic, found in the Park.
(E) Any pet brought into the Park must be on a leash at all times, and a person bringing a pet into the Park must clean up any litter created by the pet.
(F) No one may disturb, tamper with, or deface any plants, shelters, or any other feature of the Park.
(G) No firearms or weapons are permitted in the Park.
(H) Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages in the Park is prohibited.
