§ 97.10 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SUGAR CREEK TRAILS USE.
   (A)   The following rules and regulations shall be effective for those persons who use the Sugar Creek Trail:
      (1)   Trail open during daylight hours only.
      (2)   No motorized vehicles on trail, except for wheelchairs.
      (3)   No littering.
      (4)   Keep pets leashed and under control.
      (5)   Pedestrians stay to the right.
      (6)   Pass to the left giving audible signal, be careful of pedestrians, children and pets.
      (7)   Stop, look and listen at road intersections.
      (8)   Stay on the trail; respect adjacent property owners; do not disturb plants, animals or other natural objects on trail.
      (9)   Possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages prohibited.
      (10)   No tampering with or defacing trail signs or facilities.
      (11)   Helmets recommended for bicyclists and skaters.
      (12)   No horses, ponies or other equestrian animal shall be allowed on the trail, whether being ridden or not.
   (B)   Violation of any rule or regulation herein shall be an infraction.
   (C)   Penalties.
      (1)   Violation of any of the adopted rules and regulations except the use of motorized vehicles, shall subject the violator to a fine of $100 for each violation.
      (2)   The use of motorized vehicles on the trail subject the violator to a fine of $200 for each violation.
   (D)   These rules and regulations shall be posted at each trail head facility and at all public entry locations.
