§ 95.04 SOUND LEVEL MEASUREMENT CRITERIA.
   Any sound level measurement made pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be measured with a sound level meter using the “A” weighting and shall be taken at the property line of the property into which a noise is being projected unless otherwise specified; but in case a public right-of-way such as an alley or street separates two properties, from the center line thereof and readings shall be taken at the height of five feet. But when the source of noise is directional the measurement may be made at any height or location within the property into which noise is being projected.
