§ 30.01 GOVERNMENT TO CONSIST OF FIVE BRANCHES.
   The government of the city shall consist of five branches, those being:
   (A)   Executive Branch (IC 36-4-5).
   (B)   Legislative Branch (IC 36-4-6).
   (C)   Fiscal Branch (IC 36-4-10).
   (D)   Judicial Branch. (IC 33-10.1-1-3)
   (E)   Statutory Boards and Commissions.
