§ 91.13 BREACH OF FACILITY; INTERFERENCE WITH AGENT.
   (A)   No person other than an authorized employee or agent of an animal control facility shall release any animal impounded therein.
   (B)   No person shall interfere with the taking of an animal by an animal control agent.
