§ 74.01 RAILROAD CROSSING SIGNALS.
   (A)   The Peoria and Eastern Railway Company and its operating company, the New York Central Railroad Company, shall maintain and operate 24 hours each day a standard automatic flashlight signal on both sides of the railroad company’s right-of-way at the intersections of the railway and Mill, Sheridan, John, Wallace, Elm, Water, Green, Washington, and Walnut Streets.
   (B)   The Chicago, Indianapolis and Louisville Railway Company shall maintain and operate 24 hours each day a standard flashlight signal on both sides of the railroad company’s right-of-way at the intersections of the railway and Market and Main Streets.
   (C)   The Pennsylvania Railroad System and its operating company, if any, shall maintain and operate 24 hours each day a standard flashlight signal on both sides of the railroad company’s right-of-way at the intersections of the railway and Darlington Avenue, Main Street, and Wabash Avenue, and the company shall maintain and operate 24 hours each day a standard strait automatic flashlight signal on the railroad right-of-way at the intersection of the railway and Elmore Street.
