§ 72.60 PROMULGATION OF SNOW EMERGENCY.
   (A)   Whenever the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city shall determine that the presence of snow on streets and alleys of the city shall unreasonably impede the movement of firefighting equipment, police, ambulance or other emergency vehicles on such streets and alleys, it is hereby authorized to promulgate a snow emergency which snow emergency shall continue until the Board shall determine and declare that such snow emergency has abated.
   (B)   Such snow emergency shall be promulgated by written order which order shall be disseminated by radio broadcast, newspaper, posting of notice, or such other means as the Board shall deem advisable.
