§ 71.80 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ELECTRIC PERSONAL ASSISTIVE MOBILITY DEVICE. Shall have the meaning set forth in I.C. 9-13-2-49.3, as the same may be amended from time to time.
   OPERATE. To ride in, or on, and control the operation of an electric personal assistive mobility device.
   RIGHT-OF-WAY. Any street, alley, avenue, or other public drive within the City of Crawfordsville.
