§ 71.71 REGULATIONS.
   No person shall drive or operate a golf cart on any street, alley, highway, sidewalk, bicycle path, or other public way within the city, other than on public ways specifically designated by the Department of Parks and Recreation or the Municipal Golf Course Authority for golf cart use.
