(A) The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby authorized to make appropriate changes in the schedules contained in Chapters 76 and 77 of this Traffic Code, where the same is indicated by reason of any of the following actions:
(1) An action of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city in renting a public parking space; or
(2) The passing of an ordinance by the Common Council requiring a change in a schedule, wherein the ordinance does not provide for such change.
(B) The Board of Public Works and Safety shall make such schedule changes at the time of taking such an action or the passing of such an ordinance by the Common Council.
