§ 50.25 ACCESS TO PROPERTY.
   The City Electrician or other competent person delegated by him shall have the right during reasonable hours to enter any building or premises in the discharge of his official duties, or for the purpose of making any test of any electrical apparatus or appliances therein contained, and for this purpose he shall be given prompt access to all buildings and premises private or public, by the person owning or in charge or control of the same. The Chief of the Fire Department or the City Electrician or competent person delegated by either of them, shall have the power to cause the removal of all wires or the turning off of all electrical current where the circuits interfere with the work of the Fire Department or endanger life or property.
