§ 35.46 EPA BROWNFIELD GRANT FUND.
   (A)   The obsolete COPS Grant Fund No. 712 is repurposed under the terms of this section and renamed the EPA Brownfield Grant Fund No. 712 to hold and dispense the funds received by the city from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for the city's Brownfield remediation project (the "project").
   (B)   Any funds in the COPS Grant Fund will revert to the Crawfordsville General Fund.
   (C)   The grant funds received because of the project will be placed in the EPA Brownfield Grant Fund and may be expended only for the project's purposes under the grant's terms, federal law, and Indiana law.
   (D)   The EPA Brownfield Grant Fund No. 712 will remain in effect until the Crawfordsville Common Council agrees to liquidate and dissolve the fund.
   (E)   The City Clerk-Treasurer will keep proper books of record and account, in which complete entries will be made showing all monies received and deposited in this fund, all disbursements made from the fund, and all other financial transactions relating to this fund.
   (F)   The EPA Brownfield Grant Fund will be a nonreverting fund.
