(A) There is hereby created the Aviation Grant Fund, a nonreverting fund within the Department of Aviation of the city which shall consist of any and all grant monies that the Board of Aviation Commissioners may receive from all sources, including but not limited to the Federal Aviation Administration.
(B) The purpose of the Fund is to provide for expenditures in accord with the purposes for which said grants were received, as well as any and all other lawful expenses as may be authorized by state law and city ordinances for a fund of this nature.
(C) The Crawfordsville Board of Aviation Commissioners shall be the body which approves expenses from this Fund and which signs claims from this Fund to be submitted to the Clerk- Treasurer.
