§ 35.38 GOLF COURSE IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Golf Course Improvement Fund (the “Fund”), a nonreverting fund within the city which shall consist of such user fees as the Department of Parks and Recreation shall impose and designate toward the Fund, as well as any other monies that the Department of Parks and Recreation may receive from time to time from any source for the purpose of making improvements and repairs to the golf course and its related structures and facilities, whether through appropriation, donation, fees or other charges.
   (B)   The purpose of the Fund is to provide for expenditures for improvements and repairs to the Crawfordsville Municipal Golf Course and its related structures and facilities, and such other lawful expenses as may be authorized by state law and city ordinance for a fund of this nature.
   (C)   The Department of Parks and Recreation shall be the body which approves expenses from the Fund and which signs claims from the Fund to be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer.
