§ 35.37 CLEARANCE ACCOUNT FOR CEL & P ELECTRICAL INSPECTION FEES.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Clearing Account - CEL & P Inspection Fees (the “Account”) within the city.
   (B)   The purpose of the Account is for deposit of any and all CEL & P electrical inspection fees received by the Planning Department and any such fees received shall then be promptly remitted to CEL & P from the Account, without the need for an appropriation.
