Pursuant to IC 9-22-1-27 and 9-22-1-30(b), there is hereby established an Abandoned Vehicle Fund in the city. Pursuant to IC 9-22-1-27(d), that Fund shall be a nonreverting fund. Pursuant to IC 9- 22-1-27, all proceeds from the sale of abandoned vehicles or parts shall be deposited with the Clerk- Treasurer and placed in the Fund and the costs of administering IC 9-22-1 shall be paid from that Fund.
