(A) Municipal Golf Course Fund No. 204.015 (“Golf Course Fund”) is established under this section’s terms.
(B) The Golf Course Fund will be funded by revenues of the municipal golf course and other revenues as the Common Council or Board of Parks and Recreation dedicates.
(C) The Golf Course Fund will pay all golf course expenses under state and local law.
(D) The Board of Parks and Recreation will be the body that approves expenses from this Fund and executes Fund claims submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer.
(E) The city will keep proper books of record and account, in which complete entries will be made showing all monies received and deposited in this Fund, all disbursements made from the Fund, and all other financial transactions relating to this Fund.
(F) The Golf Course Fund is a general appropriated fund.
