§ 35.80 FUND 2256 OPIOID SETTLEMENT UNRESTRICTED.
   (A)   Established. Fund 2256 Opioid Settlement Unrestricted is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city.
   (B)   Funding. This Opioid Settlement Unrestricted Fund will be funded by the distribution the city receives from the Opioid Litigation Settlement for unrestricted purposes.
   (C)   Use. The Opioid Settlement Unrestricted Fund will be used exclusively for the prescribed unrestricted use purposes under the Opioid Litigations Settlement's terms or Indiana law, or both.
   (D)   Non-reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
