§ 35.27 NON-REVERTING FUND TO ACCEPT AND ADMINISTER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT MONEY.
   There is hereby established a non-reverting fund of the city for the purpose of accepting and administering a Community Development Block Grant for Downtown Planning from and through the State Department of Commerce to meet community development needs.
