§ 35.79 HEALTH ISSUES AND CHALLENGES GRANT FUND (NON-REVERTING).
   (A)   Established. Fund 709 - Health Issues and Challenges Grant is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city.
   (B)   Funding. This fund will be receipt all monies the city receives for the Indiana Health Issues and Challenges Grant program from the Indiana Department of Health.
   (C)   Use. The fund will be used exclusively for any expenses authorized under the Indiana Health Issues and Challenges Grant program and under Indiana law.
   (D)   Non-reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
